Operating environment and conditions of 1600KVA dry type transformer:

1. Applicable altitude: ≤ 5000m.

The safe operation and service life of 1600KVA dry-type transformer largely depends on the safety and reliability of transformer winding insulation. It is one of the main reasons that the transformer can't work normally when the winding temperature exceeds the insulation withstand temperature. (1) automatic control of fan: temperature signal is measured by PT100 thermistor embedded in hot place of low-voltage winding. (2) overtemperature alarm and trip: temperature signal of winding or core is collected by PTC non-linear thermistor in embedded low-voltage winding. When the temperature of the transformer winding continues to rise, if it reaches 155 ℃, the system will output the over temperature alarm signal; if the temperature continues to rise to 170 ℃, the transformer can no longer continue to operate, so it is necessary to send the overtemperature trip signal to the secondary protection circuit to make the transformer trip quickly.

(3) temperature display system: the temperature change value is measured by PT100 thermistor embedded in the low-voltage winding, and the temperature of each phase winding can be directly displayed (three-phase inspection and value display, and historical temperature can be recorded). The temperature can be output in 4-20mA analog quantity. If it needs to be transmitted to a remote computer (the distance can be up to 1200m), a computer interface can be added, and one transmitter can be used to monitor more than 31 Transformers. The overtemperature alarm and trip of the system can also be activated by PT100 thermistor signal, which further improves the reliability of temperature control protection system.
